Back and Harmony

This course is a series of maintenance sessions intended for people who have experienced an episode of back pain and who wish to keep any chronic pain at bay, for instance, after a physiotherapy treatment. The course can also be an efficient way to prevent such pain. For 55 minutes, I show you some exercises that will help you move, regain some flexibility and gently strengthen your muscles. Particular attention will be paid to body awareness (getting to know your body better), relaxation, well-being, and learning how to move to avoid injury. Exercising on a daily basis is the best way to maintain a healthy back. Our group classes bring conviviality and motivation.

Wednesday morning: 9 a.m.-10 a.m. (>65 years old)-11 a.m.
